As A Senior (2017)
Clocked in a 5k time of 17:31.11 to open the season at the FAU Invite (Sept. 1)… Recorded an 8k time of 28:21.80 at the UF Mountain Dew Invite (Sept. 23)… Finished 56th overall at the ASUN Championships (Oct. 28) with an 8k mark of 29:21.50.

As A Junior (2016)
Competed in six races this season … finished in a season-best 7th place in 16:03.0 at the FAU Invitational (Sept. 2) … crossed the finish line 21st overall in 26:49.39 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 24) … improved his time by nearly 40 seconds as he crossed 14th in a personal-best time of 26:11.31 at the Upstate Invitational (Oct. 1) … placed 18th in 27:17.72 at the USF Invitational (Oct. 14) … wrapped up the season with a 27th place finish in 26:49.56 at the ASUN Championships (Oct. 29) and 144th place finish at the NCAA South Regional (Nov. 11).

As A Sophomore (2015)
Competed in five race this season … finished 41st at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational with a time of 27:41.00 (Sept. 19) … crossed the finish line 28th at the Upstate Invitational with a time of 27:20.55 (Oct. 3) … placed in a season-best 12th place after running a race of 26:51.90 at the USF Invitational (Oct. 16) … followed it with a personal-best time of 26:20.08 and 22nd-place finish at the A-Sun Championships (Oct. 30) … ran a personal-best 10k time of 33:53.23 at the NCAA South Regional Championships and finished 119th (Nov. 13).

As A Freshman (2014)
Competed in four races this season … finished with a time of 28:54.89 at the Stetson Hatter Invitational which was good for 23rd … finished in 49th at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational with a time of 27:03.77 (Sept. 20) … placed 24th at the FSU Seminole Invitational with a time of 26:36.54 (Oct. 10) … finished 38th at the Atlantic Sun Championship with a time of 27:24.77 (Nov. 1).
 
High School
2014 graduate of Immoklee High School … 2013 IHS cross country captain … during his career with the Indians, Delacruz was a four-time state qualifier, three-time All-Conference Team member and the 2013 District, Region and 2A FHSAA State Champion in cross country. In his senior season, Delacruz clocked a person-best 15:30.96 in the FSU XC Invitational 5k to take home 13th place ... holds three IHS program records - 1,600m (4:21), 3,200m (9:27) and 5k (15:30.96) … Wing Foot Scholarship finalist and an IHS Scholar Athlete.

Personal
Born on May 13, 1995 … exercise science major … son of Anastacia Delacruz and Marcos Nicolas … has four siblings, Marcos, Angel, Oscar and Elisa … lists soccer as his favorite sport to watch … was also recruited by Florida, North Florida and St. Leo … chose FGCU because it is close to home and felt that the Eagles have a chance to win the conference ... member of the Eagles Council (2016-17).
