FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast fans get ready, because your Flight Plan is booked and liftoff is soon! On Tuesday, FGCU Athletics takes Flight Plan on the road, a new show devoted to fans getting to know student-athletes, coaches and teams.

Tuesday's event marks the first episode that will be taped in front of a live audience and will be recorded from Backyard Social. Fans are encouraged to join the Eagles at Backyard Social for the show, which begins at 6:30 p.m.
Flight Plan episodes will be recorded on the first and third Tuesday of each month, with the show then released on the following day at Noon. By attending the live tapings, fans will get the first chance to hear from coaches and student-athletes, as well as meet those coaches and student-athletes. Various deals and giveaways will be available at select tapings.
 

Flight Plan will be staged live at Backyard Social on the third Tuesday of every month. On the first Tuesday of every month, the show will record live at Riptide Brewing.

Fans are welcome and encouraged to come out to the live tapings of the show at Backyard Social and Riptide Brewing, meet the coaches and student-athletes involved and help support Southwest Florida's Hometown Team.
The show, lasting no more than 30 minutes, will go live on the following Wednesday at Noon on Eagles Watch +, part of FGCUathletics.com, and the FGCU Athletics YouTube Channel.

The bi-monthly show will feature coaches, student-athletes and other special guests giving fans a look into the personalities behind the successful achievements of FGCU Athletics. Each episode will feature at least one coach and one student-athlete and will highlight the most notable performances of the Eagles from the past two weeks.
