FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University women's soccer opens the 2025 season Thursday, hosting Cal State Fullerton at 7 p.m. at Pickering Field.
All home matches this season will be streamed on ESPN+. Free season schedule posters and cards will be available at the marketing table, and a postgame poster signing will take place following the match.
For the first time in program history, FGCU is offering fall season tickets for its soccer programs, with packages starting at $60. Fans who purchase season tickets for either the men's or women's team will receive a season ticket combo for both programs.
Single-game tickets start at $12. Mini-plan options and single-game tickets are available online.
Three Eagles — Erika Zschuppe, Lauren Dwyer and Kendal Gargiula — were named to the preseason All-ASUN team. Zschuppe was selected as the ASUN Player and Midfielder of the Year, while Dwyer earned Defender of the Year honors. FGCU was the only program to place three or more players on the list.
Despite the individual accolades, the 2024 defending ASUN regular season champion Eagles were picked to finish second in the ASUN preseason poll, earning four first-place votes.
The Eagles and the Titans will meet for just the second time in program history Thursday, with Cal State Fullerton making its first-ever trip to Fort Myers. In 2015, the Titans won the first meeting, winning 4-3 in double overtime.
FGCU returns to action Sunday, Aug. 17, hosting Webber International at Pickering Field. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
