Women's Soccer continues ASUN play at North Florida

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast women's soccer is set to continue Atlantic Sun conference play at North Florida on Thursday.

The Eagles will play back-to-back games against the Ospreys after routing UNF 6-0 behind a four goal outing from Erika Zschuppe on Sunday. Zschuppe's performance earned her Top Drawer Soccer National Player of the Week honors, ASUN Player of the Week honors and vaulted her to a tie at the top of the NCAA goals leaderboard with 14 on the campaign.

At the halfway mark of conference play, the Eagles are atop the Graphite Division Standings with a chance to take control of their postseason destiny this weekend. FGCU has earned 12 points and currently holds the tiebreaker over Jacksonville, who also has 12 points. The two teams will square off again on Sunday. FGCU also will at least split a tiebreaker with North Florida. The Ospreys sit third in the Graphite Division with nine points, followed by Queens, Stetson and West Georgia.

Lipscomb holds a commanding lead over the Gold Division after starting out 5-0, followed by Eastern Kentucky and North Alabama. Central Arkansas and Austin Peay round out the western half of the conference.
