FORT MYERS, Fla. - After a three-game excursion to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Florida Gulf Coast University's men's basketball returns to its home court at Alico Arena Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. to take on UNC-Wilmington. The game will be available via ESPN+.

The Eagles (1-5) battled hard at the U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam, but ultimately dropped all three games. In the final game of the tournament, Zach Anderson scored 17 points and FGCU had a chance to tie at the buzzer, but Norfolk State held on for a 69-66 victory.

UNCW (4-1) has been in Fort Myers for a while, having participated in the Fort Myers Tipoff last Monday and Tuesday at Florida SouthWestern State University. During the event, the Seahawks went 1-1 after topping Murray State 83-81 in overtime and falling to App State 86-56.
