First and foremost, we hope that you and your extended loved ones are healthy and safe. As an institution, our primary concern is the well-being of our student-athletes and the FGCU community. In turn, with your tremendous collective support, you remain the backbone of FGCU Athletics and we cannot thank you enough.

Like many of our peers around the country, FGCU Athletics is facing an unprecedented situation. There is no blueprint for the challenges we face, but our commitment to our fans is to be as communicative and transparent as we can as we move forward. With that in mind, the basketball season ticket and Eagles Club renewal period for the 2020-21 season has been moved to July.  As outlined below, additional changes have been made to the process, with the intent to provide you flexibility and peace of mind.

Renewal applications will be added to online ticket accounts in early June for those account holders who would like to secure their seats early. The renewal deadline has been moved back to August 14.

Men's basketball opens its home slate against former Eagles coach Andy Enfield and his USC Trojans on November 10. An anticipated sellout (they signed the top recruit in the nation to their already strong roster), you can guarantee yourself a seat at the game by purchasing a season ticket package or mini-plan. Also, our reigning four-time ASUN Champion and #24 nationally-ranked women are slated to open their home schedule against Florida Memorial on November 11.

For those who do not currently have ticket packages, deposits are now available online and a $10 per-seat deposit is all that is required to secure your place on the ticket package Priority List.

While it is important for us to maintain our priority renewal date, we understand that it may not be ideal for all of our passionate fans amidst these surreal times. With that in mind, renewal deposits of just 5% of your ticket package total and enrollment in a payment plan are all that is required by the deadline to retain your previous seat location or relocation priority. We want to find a way to help you be a part of the excitement at Alico Arena this winter!

Basketball Ticket Package Policy Updates 

Flexible, Interest Free Payment Plans

• Put down 5% by August 14 and spread your payments out for both your tickets and Eagles Club contributions.
• Monthly payments can extend through January 31, 2021 

 
Temporary Adjustment to Refund Policy*

• Refunds/Credits available for ticket payments if:
  • Games are impacted by COVID-19
  • You are impacted financially or medically by COVID-19
• Three Refund/Credit options
  • An account credit applied towards the 2021-22 season
  • Donate the funds towards athletics scholarships to support FGCU Student-Athletes
  • Receive a refund, prorated or full, contingent on the number of games impacted

Azul's Family 4-Pack Season Package

• Four full-season, general admission tickets for just $400 for men's tickets and $350 for women's tickets.
• Add up to two additional seats at a prorated price for families of 5 or 6.
• Each package includes a free Azul's Crew membership for each family member age 13 and under.

Timeline of Events (May-November, 2020) 

May 

• Current Ticket Package Holders may update contact information in their account by logging into their account on FGCUTickets.com or by contacting the ticket office or Eagles Club via phone or email.
• New Priority List package deposits available online for just $10 per seat.

June 

• Renewal Applications available for current Ticket Package Holders to renew 2019-20 season tickets or mini-plans with payment plan options.
• New season ticket or mini-plan purchases available with specific price level information allowing payment plans for desired packages/locations while enrolling in the Priority List for specific seat locations. (Existing Priority List account holders will be contacted by the FGCU Ticket Office to transition orders to this step. 

July 1

• Renewal emails sent with invoice information to current Ticket Package Holders to renew 2019-20 season tickets or mini-plans with payment plan options.

August

• August 3-5: Season ticket orders with upgrade or relocation requests will be ranked and combined with the Priority List for new seat selection - includes finalizing dates and times for each account's individual seat selection session.  
• August 6-7: Communications sent out regarding seat selection appointments.
• August 10: Individual selection appointments will begin.
• August 14: Renewal date for current Ticket Package Holders to retain 2019-20 season ticket locations or mini-plan seating priority. Eagles Club donations made by the July 31 priority renewal date will be used to calculate Priority Points rankings for the 2020-21 campaign including rankings for ticket package upgrades and relocation.
• Payment Plan - Anyone interested in joining the Eagles Club or purchasing season tickets is encouraged to take advantage of the payment plan option. Please contact us with questions or for more details.

September

• The upgrade, renewal, and new package location selection process typically takes five or six weeks to complete. With that in mind, the plan is to start the selection process as close to August 10 as possible.
• The season ticket selection process is tentatively slated to end on September 14.
• September 1-3: Communication sent out regarding mini-plan game selection and seat assignment appointment times.
• September 15-30: mini-plan game selections and seat assignments.

October 19

• Single game, non-conference ticket pre-sale for Ticket Package Holders

October 23

• Dunk City After Dark
• Season Ticket package delivery/pick up begins (runs through October 27)

October 26
