Tariq "TQ" Humes, graduated of FGCU in class of 2010 with a bachelor's in communication . Then received his master's degree in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University while working at Duke University in the Athletics department. He worked as coordinator of sports clubs/Intramurals and liaison to Duke Football all in Duke Athletics. Before coming back to the nest, he worked at Canterbury School of Fort Myers as the Associate Athletic Director. 

He is married to Beth Humes whom is also a 2012 FGCU Graduate, and have two kids Payton (7yr girl) and Xavier (3yr boy).
