Nicole Foster joined the program as the Director of Operations in January of 2025. She joins the staff after a season as an assistant coach at the NAIA level in Indiana and volunteering with the eagles for the first half of this season. 

Nicole graduated from FGCU in 2021 with her bachelor's degree after spending 4 years volunteering as a student manager for the team. She went on to earn her Master’s in Coaching Education from Ohio University in 2023.
