Nicole Foster joined the Eagles' staff as Director of Operations in January of 2025, returning to the program where she spent four years as a student manager after volunteering with the team during the first half of the season.

In her role, Foster oversees the scheduling of team travel and meals, manages the program's budget, coordinates head coach Raina Harmon's schedule, and supervises the team's student managers on a day-to-day basis.

Foster is no stranger to FGCU, having spent four years as a student manager for the program before earning her bachelor's degree from FGCU in 2021. During her time with the Eagles, she has been part of five conference championship teams. She went on to earn her master's degree in Coaching Education from Ohio University in 2023, before spending a season as an assistant coach at the NAIA level in Indiana.

Foster's organizational roots run deep. In December of 2012, she and her father co-founded the Northwest Ohio Jets, a girls middle and high school AAU travel basketball program, which they built and managed together through January of 2025. Foster played a central role in the program's day-to-day operations, handling everything from recruiting and practice scheduling to tournament logistics and player travel, in addition to serving as an assistant coach.

"Nicole is an extremely hard worker," said Eagles' assistant coach Sydnei McCaskill. "Having her work with our staff has been such a blessing. She always shows up on time and ready to handle whatever task that is thrown at her. She always puts others first. Her hard work and dedication to her craft is something very special and I am happy to have her part of the team. She is definitely someone that you can trust and rely on to getting things done."
