Having called Southwest Florida home for more than 20 years, Nicholas Conti joined FGCU Athletics in August 2026 as a Consultant for Sales and Services.
The Fort Myers native joined The Nest after interning with the Florida Everblades during the 2025–26 ECHL season in Game Promotions and Presentation, where they went on to win the Kelly Cup championship.
Prior to his time in nearby Estero, Conti worked for a total of six different professional organizations in Major League Baseball and the National Football League. His most notable achievement during that time came in 2025 when he served as Team Lead at Caesars Superdome during Super Bowl LIX, supervising event staff and assisting thousands of fans throughout the championship game. He also created media content across the city of New Orleans during the week leading up to the event.
Nicholas graduated from Full Sail University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing & Media. During his online enrollment, he began his career in the sports industry as a raffle coordinator for the Ted Williams Foundation, leading operations for the Minnesota Twins during Spring Training for two seasons. Simultaneously, selling memorabilia with the Boston Red Sox during Spring Training.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball with friends, spending time with family, and exploring new restaurants throughout Southwest Florida.
