Kyle Archie enters his first year in the Hartley Academic Resource Center after being hired as the Student Athlete Development Coordinator in the in Summer of 2024. In his current position as Student Athlete Development Coordinator, he ensures student athletes are well prepared and equipped with skills to be successful. Kyle also oversees career and leadership development programming, and community service for student-athletes.
Prior to his current stint, he served as an Academic Advisor & Life Skills Coordinator for Athletics at Alabama State University for two years. While working with academics, he oversaw academics for 8 of ASU's teams and additionally community outreach and campus engagement events.
During his undergrad at Norfolk State University, he served as an intern for the Athletic Department. At NSU, he worked with the Equipment and Gameday Operations Director and directly with the Assistant Director of Athletics. After his internship came to an end, he was offered a position as the Athletic Academic Coordinator at Hampton University. Kyle was at Hampton for a year and a half, servicing all sports.
