As a Freshman Fall 2023
Frost ran 30:59.99 on Aug. 31 at the FAU Invite and improved her time to 23:58.7 at the  Mountain Dew Invitational on Sep. 15.

Frost lowered her time at the highly competitive FSU Invitational clocking 22:25.3. 

She completed in her first ASUN Championship race with a time of 21:42.43 and finished in102nd spot

Four time honor roll student, was a member of National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Rho Kappa Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society, English Honor Society, and Spanish Honor Society. Graduated as salutatorian for class of 2022.

Born on Feb. 4, 2004. Parents are Jack and Kathy Frost, two siblings TJ and Jenna...Majoring in Nursing.
