Career Overview (2018-present)
Banz transferred to FGCU prior to the CoVID-19 shortened 2020 season. She had a breakout season in 2021 and looks to build upon that as she enters her third year in Fort Myers.
 
As A Redshirt Junior At FGCU (2021)
Tallied a 15-14 record overall, mainly at the No. 5 pair (14-14) ... Also went 1-0 at the No. 4 pair ... Notched three wins over ranked teams - vs No. 12 FAU (3/20), No. 11 FAU (4/3) and No. 16 Stetson (4/24) ... Went 3-1 in the postseason while teaming with Trinity Rosales.

Posted a 3-1 record at the No. 3 pair with the combination of Maddison Parmelly (2-1) and Cortney VanLiew (1-0) … Produced a pair of sweeps in her first day of competition with the Green and Blue (3/6), toppling UT Martin and Jacksonville.

Did not play and utilized a redshirt season in her first year as a collegiate student as the Rainbow Wahine finished third in the nation at the NCAA Tournament.

2017 graduate of St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School in Cambridge, Ontario … Earned district MVP recognition after leading her team to a conference title in 2017 … Won first place in the U18 Premiere Ashbridges Bay in 2016 and 2017 … Came in second in the U24 Youth Open Grand Slam in 2016 … Placed second in the U18 Provincials in 2016 as well as third in U18 National.
