Will McIntire joined FGCU from Rutgers as an assistant coach in April of 2025.

At Rutgers, McIntire served as director of scouting and technology. Previously and prior to Rutgers, he spent four seasons in Iowa with the Hawkeyes in various roles, including scouting, coordinating recruiting visits, managing practice and advising on scheduling and training.

"Will is one of the hardest-working young coaches I've been around," said Harmon. "He has a great basketball mind, builds strong relationships and will be instrumental in helping us shape the identity of this team."
