Abbey Thomas returns to the flock after playing four years as a catcher on the team. The Fort Myers native appeared in 119 games, starting 90 of them. Thomas excelled behind the plate with 266 put outs and a .973 fielding percentage. She made an impact in the batter’s box as well with two multi-RBI games in 2023 against Long Island and Oakland, a team season-high five RBI game Lipscomb in 2022, five doubles as a sophomore in 2021 and hit her first career home run on March 7, 2020 against Holy Cross. Thomas is pursuing MBA with a concentration in management and leadership.
