Cassidy Soistman (MS, LAT, ATC) joined FGCU in 2024-2025 as an Athletic Trainer working primarily with Men's Basketball and Cheer programs. 

Cassidy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage in physical education with an emphasis on exercise science in 2018. While at UAA, she served as a student-athletic training assistant for the ice hockey program. From there, she received her master's degree in athletic training from Pacific University and graduated in 2020. 
 
For the last two years, Cassidy was the athletic trainer for the Division 1 Men's Ice Hockey team at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
 
When away from work, she loves to be outdoors.
