As A Junior
Came out of the bullpen to limit the damage versus FAMU. Gonzalez would induce a fly out for the second out of the frame and gave way to English who struck out his only batter of the eighth to end the threat (April 2) ... Gonzalez would earn his first victory of the season versus USF as he would toss a season-high 1.2 innings without allowing a hit and strike out two (April 22)

Went 1-4 with a 3.83 ERA and 34 K’s in 54 innings as a sophomore.
