The Outdoor Sports Complex located down the right field line of Swanson Stadium and behind the Softball Stadium serves as a support building for baseball, cross country, men's and women's golf, men's and women's soccer, softball, swimming and diving, and men's and women's tennis. The building opened on February 28, 2008, which was befitting of FGCU's transition to Division I status.

Trademarked by a large FGCU Logo recessed into the front, the OSC is an eye catching, contemporary looking facility. The 20,000 square foot complex houses locker rooms and lounges for men's and women's soccer, baseball, and softball. Additionally, the building houses athletic offices, the Gail and John Rumble VIP Suite, the Whitley Conference Room and an equipment room.
 
A major feature of the Outdoor Sports Complex is the Gail and John Rumble VIP Suite which is of high demand for all types of events. This multipurpose space overlooks Swanson Stadium with floor-to-ceiling windows, an attached kitchen, and can accommodate events up to 100 people.

To improve the game day experience for baseball and softball, the OSC features a concessions stand and public restrooms located on the outside of the complex. The concessions stand is operated and managed by FGCU Athletics.
