Led the team with a 17-4 singles record in singles, including 6-1 in conference play, the most wins by a player at No. 1...  Only conference loss came in third-set tiebreaker against UNF...  Picked up non-conference wins over Binghamton, Troy, Miami, FAU, UAB, Mercer, Georgia State, Furman, and Memphis, with all but two of those coming in straight sets...  Avenged only conference loss in ASUN Tournament by taking down Jonas Hartenstein of UNF in straight sets...  Paired with Max Damm in the spring to go 13-7 at No. 1 doubles...  Picked up non-conference wins over Binghamton, Troy, FAU, Keiser, UAB, and Buffalo...  In the ASUN, had wins over Bellarmine, Stetson, UNF, Kennesaw State, and Lipscomb...  Went 2-0 in the ASUN Tournament with wins over UNF and Liberty..  In the fall, Johnson went 1-1 at ITA All-American Championships, defeating Alex Brown of defending Big Ten champion Illinois, 6-0, 6-2...  Took down Diego Marques of Stetson, 6-3, 6-1 at the Bedford Cup...  Went 2-0 at the Bonita Bay Classic with three-set wins over Dominik Pauli of Dartmouth (6-1, 6-7 (6), 13-11) and Aditya Vashistha of Notre Dame (6-7 (5), 6-3, 10-7)...  Teamed with Juan Lopez to defeat a duo from Stetson, 6-4, at the Bedford Cup...  Paired with Max Damm in 6-4 victory over Notre Dame pairing...  Named FGCU Scholar-Athlete of the Month for October...  Took home Sportsmanship Award at Bedford Cup.

Competed in all 14 matches for the Eagles… In singles play, posted a 9-3 record, headlined by wins over #112 nationally-ranked Maxime Lapraille of FAU (Jan.23), and #34 nationally-ranked Adria Soriano Barrera of Miami (Fla.) which led the Eagles to victory over the Hurricanes (Feb.27)... Paired with Max Damm for doubles play...  Posted a 7-4  record with Damm including wins over South Florida (Feb.7), North Florida (Mar.19 & Apr.10), Kennesaw State (Mar.20 & Apr.2), and Stetson (Mar.27)... In the ASUN semifinal match, lead the Eagles defeat Lipscomb (Apr.23) to move on to the ASUN finals...  Became just second Eagle to qualify for NCAA Singles Championship... Went the distance against eventual semifinalist Adrian Boitan of Baylor in first round...  Finished the season ranked #99 in the ITA Singles rankings...  Named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.
