Edmonds is positioned to have one of the best careers in program history after a phenomenal first two seasons that has already seen her produce the best single-season scoring average in program history and on pace to shatter the career average record. Once she competes in four more rounds, her 73.41 average will shatter the current career record of 75.59 held by Briana Carlson. As a sophomore, she pushed her career par-or-better round total to 15, tying Carlson and Madeline Marck-Sherk, who both took well over twice as many rounds to achieve the total. Furthermore, her 103 career birdies is 13th-most. She also has a program-record five career rounds in the 60’s.

Product of Cypress Bay High School in Weston, Fla. … Emigrated from Argentina in September 2017 and made a name for herself locally … Ranked as high as 1,261 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR) … Has several wins in the South Florida Junior PGA … Captured the South Florida Junior Open 14-18 Division championship with a 69-78 in February … Finished second in the South Florida Junior PGA Tour Championship with a 76-70 … Tied for fifth at the 2016 Optimist International with a 73-74-73-73 … Tied for eighth at the 2017 Public Doral with a 77-79-74 … Participated in the prestigious 2017 AJGA Annika Invitational and shot a 79-78-74 … While playing in the South Florida Premier Golf Association’s (SFPGA) Junior Tour in the summer of 2018, she captured the championship at the 34th Annual Nicklaus Junior Championship on June 29 and then followed that up with the title on July 6 at the Championship Tour Event No. 6 by shooting a 72-75.
