Rhoades finished her historic career in 2019 as the program’s all-time leader in career wins and ASUN regular season wins. Along with Katie Puisis, the duo was the first two-time First Team All-ASUN pair in program history and finished 1-2 in career wins for the Eagles. The pair teamed together for the final 77 matches of their career.

Rhoades capped her career by finishing 20-8 (.714) at the No. 2 pair as a senior alongside Puisis. It was tied for the third-most wins in a single-season in program history, and their winning percentage was fifth-best at the time of their graduation. They also finished 6-2 in conference play as Rhoades pushed her program-record ASUN win total to 22.

Along with Puisis, Rhoades produced 13 wins in 2018, which broke the previous record for a No. 2 pair set by Ashley Glickert and Giovanna Borgiotti in 2017. The duo’s 17 wins overall broke the program’s single season record that they tied last year, and they produced a career-high eight wins in ASUN play.

The tandem picked up three wins over ranked teams - March 10 against No. 15 FAU, March 21 against No. 13 FIU and April 4 against No. 17 Stetson. The first one came at No. 3 while the last two were at the deuce. In fact, those were the first two wins in program history over ranked teams at the two spot.

Rhoades teamed with Puisis to pick up first career win over a ranked team on March 27 against No. 14 FAU. It was the program’s first-ever win over a ranked team at the No. 3 pair. Following the season, she was named First Team All-ASUN.

Rhoades finished the season 9-10 overall with appearances at both No. 2 and No. 3. She won seven of eight matches from Mar. 31 to Apr. 22 including two ASUN Tournament wins. The streak concluded with five straight wins, and it all came while partnering with Ashley Glickert. Prior to that, she paired with Mackenzie Allen for the season’s first eight matches.
Prior to FGCU
Graduate of Bloomingdale Senior High School in Valrico, Fla… played volleyball under the tutelage of coach Claudia Cabrera and led the team to the 2014 Class 8A district championship…recorded 18 kills in the title match and earned First Team All-Suncoast honors in 2013 and 2014…two-time First Team All-County and three-time First Team All-Western Conference honoree
