Biography

As A Senior (2016-17)
Battled injury throughout the season but shined in the ASUN Tournament, earning All-Tournament MVP honors after coming back from 3-0 in the third set against UNF to win 6-3, allowing the Eagles to upset the Ospreys just minutes later … Finished the season 6-15 and 2-3 in ASUN play but went a combined 4-1 during tournament play … Defeated Louisville’s Santiago Salazar in the fall … Partnered with Ezequiel Cerrini for the bulk of the spring posting a 5-11 record overall with an 0-2 record at No. 1 and a 5-6 mark at No. 2 …  Finished his career with more than 80 combined wins.


As A Junior (2015-16)
Continued to excel on the court and in the classroom, garnering both First Team All-Atlantic Sun honors in addition to being named the ASUN co-Scholar-Athlete of the Year … Ended the season with a team-best 18 singles wins and 34 total wins … Partnered with Oliver Landert to win the Dick Vitale Lakewood Ranch Clay Court Classic in the fall ... Earned a total of 16 doubles wins throughout the season … Finished the season with a 5-5 record at No. 1 singles and an 8-2 mark at No. 2 singles … Earned a win over No. 31 Florida State (Jan. 18) to begin a four-match win streak … Started another winning streak Feb. 20 against UT-Arlington …. Went 2-3 in conference play. 

As A Sophomore (2014-15)
Atlantic Sun Player of the Week (Feb. 2) … finished the season with an overall singles record of 8-8 which included an 0-2 mark in A-Sun play … partnered with Eduardo Alfonzo, Austin Bates, Tianyu Bao and Jordi Vives to post a 9-4 record playing doubles with a 1-1 mark in the conference … overall record of 18-14 his sophomore year. 

As A Freshman at TCU (2013-2014)
Named to the 2013-14 Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team … won eight matches in his first spring competition for TCU ... started the season with straight set wins over Kellen Bates of Indiana and Luis Elizondo of Louisville at the UCF Invitational ... saw action in dual matches mainly at the No. 6 position, but also picked up at win at the No. 5 position ... had a streak of four straight wins from Feb. 21 to March 26, with three of the wins coming in straight sets ... defeated Austin Siegel of No. 3 Oklahoma 4-6, 6-4, 6-1 for his first Big 12 Conference victory of his career ... teamed with Johnathan Gonzalez, Hudson Blake and Facundo Lugones in doubles action ... went 2-2 in limited doubles play.

Trained at the Nunez Tennis Training Academy in Miami ... ranked as high as No. 135 by the International Tennis Federation ... made the Round of 16 in singles at the 2013 USTA International Spring Championships in Carson, Calif.
