Made her first collegiate start in the first game of the season against Eastern Washington (Aug. 19), playing 34 minutes on defense … played in 16 games and started two games at defender … recorded a shot on goal against then-No. 9 Florida … started and played a season-high 90 minutes against Charlotte (Aug. 26) … helped FGCU lead the conference with 12 shutouts on defense … was a part of FGCU’s first A-Sun Tournament championship.

High School
Led Gulf High School to a 17-3-1 record in 2010, the best in school history … named to the Florida Athletic Coaches Association West All-Star Squad … a two-time All-Sunshine Athletic Conference selection and was selected to the All-State team after her junior and senior season … also earned All-Pasco County second team honors in 2009 … finished with two goals and two assists on the season … played club under coach George Fotopoulos for Hillsborough County United… became the first women’s soccer player to sign with a Division I school.

Born September 2, 1992 … daughter of Lorraine and Greg … has two sisters, Katie (21) and Alicia (17) … chose FGCU because of the campus atmosphere and the continuing strength of the women’s soccer program. Schulman, a Sunshine Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete, plans to major in guidance counseling.
