FORT MYERS, Fla. - Angelina Bonilla continues a well-decorated 2024 softball year by adding a National Championship with Bravas de Cidra of Sóftbol Superior Nacional Feminino in Puerto Rico. Bonilla has already won the 2024 ASUN Tournament championship with FGCU.

Bonilla's 2024 has earned many accolades as an individual as well. She earned ASUN Pitcher of the Week in March 11 and recorded the sixth no-hitter in FGCU softball program history on March 16. Bonilla's 2024 season posted the second-best single season D1 mark in opponent batting average (.205) and saves (9) and the eighth-best single season D1 mark in ERA (1.81).

The Sóftbol Superior Nacional Feminino is a semi-pro league in Puerto Rico that features many past and present collegiate softball players as well as national team players.
