KT Kustritz

KT Kustritz begins her first season with the FGCU swimming & diving program in 2020-21, serving as a volunteer assistant on head coach Dave Rollins' staff.

Kustritz makes her way to Fort Myers after graduating from Denison University in May of 2020. During her time in Granville, OH, she established herself as one of the best swimmers in the Big Red's history. A five-time national champion, Kustritz holds the NCAA DIII national record in the 100-Breast and was a 27-time All-American. She holds the varsity records in seven events, was a 16-time NCAC Conference Champion and became the first woman in Division III history to swim a sub-one minute 100-yard breaststroke in March of 2018 (59.77).

A 2021 Olympic trial qualifier, Kustritz also found success in the classroom during her time at Denison. The four-time CSCAA Scholar All-American (2017-20) was named a Top 50 Scholar-Athlete (2018-20) and graduated with a 3.73 GPA in health exercise and sports studies.

The Minnesota native brings numerous leadership experiences to her role, including a stint as the Denison swim team's captain during her senior campaign. In that position, she managed team finances, planned fundraisers and ordered apparel. She also worked alongside the coaching staff to help develop team culture and served as a liaison between the staff and the student-athletes.

In her free time, Kustritz enjoys hiking, lifting, yoga, fishing, snowboarding and puzzles.
