Makensie McAvoy is your Eagle of the Week following a solid start at the Sand Dollar Classic this past weekend. The junior outfielder recorded eight hits from 16 at-bats, scored four runs and only struck out once in five games against McNeese State, Houston Baptist, Alabama, Houston and Southern Miss. Currently McAvoy owns a on base percentage of .529 and a slugging percentage of .500.
