Tom Dinsmore began his role with the Eagles as Athletic Grounds Superintendent in July of 2024. Previously, he worked for the City of Cape Coral in multiple roles, most recently Golf Course Superintendent at Coral Oaks Golf Course before moving to the athletic field side managing the Cape Coral Multi Sports Complex (fourteen baseball/softball/soccer fields). Before moving to Florida, Dinsmore worked on the grounds crew for the Pittsburgh Pirates for two years. He also has been a Golf Course Superintendent for over 20 years at several courses in the Pittsburgh area.
A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Turf Grass Management specializing in Golf Course Construction and Maintenance and Athletic Field Maintenance, Dinsmore hails from Monaca, Pennsylvania and is an avid golfer and professional wood carver.
