Trish Blankenship joined the Florida Gulf Coast University staff in 2008 as an administrative assistant.  Among her primary duties, she works directly with the director of athletics and the Eagles executive staff on a daily basis. 

The primary administrative contact person for the department, she also serves in a liaison role for the four teams housed in Alico Arena: men's and women's basketball, as well as indoor and beach volleyball.

Prior to FGCU, Blankenship worked at Florida Atlantic University. A native of Bristol, Rhode Island, she attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., where she earned a degree in business administration.

Trish is married to Jim Blankenship and has two children, Jordan and Justin.
