Frame is a proud FGCU alumni who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in May of 2020. She was also a student-athlete at FGCU and where she was a member of the women’s cross country team from 2017-2019.

Prior to her return to campus, the native of Mount Horeb, Wisc., worked with the Minnesota Twins as a Strength and Conditioning Intern. She assisted the Twins staff in the coaching of major and minor league players in order to enhance the physical development of the professional baseball players. She assisted with the performance testing and helped the medical staff to monitor fatigue through Spring Training.

Additionally, in the Fall of 2019 Frame interned with FGCU, where she had the opportunity to work directly with men's and women’s tennis, women’s swimming and diving, men’s soccer, men’s basketball, beach volleyball, and indoor volleyball. She was able to foster a positive, high-performance environment through building relationships and effectively communicating with student-athletes.
