Despite not fielding their full squad, Nathan Kandie (Iten, Kenya/Arizona) led the Eagles in an impressive showing at the UNF Invitational held at the Hayt Golf Center in Jacksonville on Sept. 5. The Green and Blue were able to place all six runners in the top 36 spots of the 57-man field. Kandie finished fifth overall with an impressive time of 25:59.20 in 8k, and just five seconds ahead of teammate Troy Clark (Mt. Dora, Fla./Mt. Dora Bible HS).
