Julianna Curtis earned her first Eagle of the Week award after a strong performance at FIU Panther Invitational. After dropping the opening round of singles play, the freshman bounced back to earn three wins to capture the singles B backdraw title, defeating players from Nova Southeastern and a pair of players from Eastern Michigan.
