Tucker was named A-Sun Newcomer of the Week after hitting the game-winning shot and subsequent free throw to lead the Eagles to a 77-76 victory over Massachusetts in the team's only game of the week on Sunday, Dec. 13. Tucker came off the bench to record his second double-digit scoring game of the season (15), bettering his previous high of 10 set against Youngstown State in a triple-overtime win. He went 7-8 from the free-throw line, 4-7 from the floor and scored 10 of his points in the final 10 minutes of the game. The 6-5 combo guard also secured seven rebounds – three of which came on the offensive end – in 24 total minutes.
