Brown ranked atop in the A-Sun in save percentage (.835) and led the league in goals-against average (0.66) after being named the A-Sun Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year in 2013. Since taking over the starting role during her freshman campaign, Brown has collected 41 wins, which rank second all-time in FGCU history (42), against just nine losses and seven ties. She is currently the FGCU career leader in three goalkeeping categories including goals-against average (0.70), saves per game (3.70) and save percentage (.841). She was named A-Sun Defensive Player of the Week once in 2014 following a pair of stellar performances against the No. 2 and 3-seeds in the A-Sun Tournament, Lipscomb and Jacksonville. She collected nine shutouts in 2014 which tied a career high and were just three shy of the FGCU single-season record of 12.

Brown has been a consistent presence between the pipes for two seasons now. Since her arrival the Eagles are a combined 26-7-6 and 16-1-3 in conference play. Brown’s Goalkeeper of the Year nod comes after leading the conference in goals against average (0.82) and shutouts (7), five of which came against A-Sun opponents. Collectively, the Eagles only allowed four goals in nine games against A-Sun foes in 2014. She could also boast one A-Sun Defensive Player of the Week distinction in 2014.

Named to the Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshman Team … was named Atlantic Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Week three times (Sept. 10, Sept. 24 and Oct. 22) … named the starter in the third game of the season against Wisconsin Green-Bay (Aug. 24) and made 19 straight starts … tallied nine shutouts in her first season with the Eagles … made six saves and picked up the shutout in the win over Tulsa (Sept. 7) … recorded eight saves in the 2-1 loss to UNLV (Sept. 16) … tallied six saves against North Florida (Oct. 5) and Jacksonville (Oct. 7) … made eight saves in the 1-0 victory over Mercer (Oct. 21) on the final day of the regular season to claim its third-straight regular season title … recorded a career-high nine saves in the 2-0 loss to Florida in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
High School
was a five-year varsity player, four-year starter and three-time captain for Greece Athena High School … led the team in net, reaching the finals multiple times … received one All-County honorable mention, one second team selection and a pair of first team honors … was also named third and fifth team All-State in her junior and senior year, respectively, and received the Coach's Award … played for Empire United over the majority of her club career, leading her team to a State Cup title in 2009 … started on the varsity basketball team, and helped her team to the State finals three out of the four years.
