Adam Liddell Inks Deal in Argentina

FORT MYERS, Fla., - Adam Liddell became the third former Eagle basketball player to recently sign with a professional team. Liddell signed with Pedro Echague, a 2nd Division team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Liddell is the career rebound and blocked shots leader at FGCU. He pulled down 568 rebounds in his three year career and rejected 74 shots as well. He also is among the career leaders in scoring with 790 career points. He proved to be one of the most durable players in school history, starting a school record 58 consecutive games.

Recently, Kevin Martin signed with Porto Ferpinta in Portugal and Casey Wohlleb signed a deal to play for Saint Josep Girona in Spain’s LEB Bronze division.

The Eagles will host Ave Maria in an exhibition on November 5, in Alico Arena.
